- Phil Evason, Managing Director

Phil has been immersed in the emerging UK Gift Card market since the beginning of 2005 and was an early advocate of the opportunity for Gift Card Malls in the UK. He has 20 years experience of marketing and commercial development, working with leading retailers, including Boots, Sainsbury's, ASDA Wal-Mart and their branded suppliers (such as P&G, Unilever, Mars) in the effective application of customer insight, loyalty programmes and targeted communications to improve category performance.
As Commercial Director at dunnhumby, Phil was responsible for implementing profitable strategies to maximise the potential of existing and prospective partnerships with Tesco's branded suppliers; providing customer insight products and services with category consultancy.

Joan heads up the finance and administration team.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having qualified with Ernst & Young in Dublin working with a wide variety of clients including owner managed businesses, charities and multinationals covering all aspects of financial accounting and management reporting . The main focus of her experience since leaving Ernst & Young is with the software, retail and FMCG sectors.
- Tim Pope, Business Development Director

Tim oversees the Business Development process focusing on increasing retail distribution across Europe as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for InComm Europe.
He is experienced in the European retail, distribution and FMCG sales landscapes and has experience in the pre paid mobile, gift card and pre paid financial services markets.
Previously Tim has worked with a key blue chip companies including: Bass Brewers, Nike, Philips, Virgin Mobile & Vodafone and holds a Diploma in Management Studies.
- Toby Jones, Director of IT & Operations

Toby is responsible for the development and delivery of all technical services. Working directly with all retail destination and product partners to bring innovative and resilient solutions to market.
Holding a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Software Engineering Management Toby is able to apply his 12 years of IT and enterprise solution knowledge to instil best practice and industry standards ensuring the highest levels of service performance and availability.
Previous roles have involved delivering and managing IT solutions within the Merlin Entertainments Group (Tussauds, Sealife) across Europe and the Cannons health and fitness group in the UK.
- Pam Matthews, Director of Retail

Pam is responsible for the development and management of all Incomm Europe's UK retail destination partners and is directly responsible for delivering the UK revenue line. She has an exceptional track record in sales, business development and operations with over 20 years experience within the telecoms, retail and entertainment sectors.
Previous employers include Virgin Mobile, Thomson Directories and Entertainment UK. Pam also has a BA in Sociology & Human Psychology from Warwick University.
- Simon Osgood, Product Development Director

Simon, a competitive yachtsman, started his career at Bass Brewers PLC becoming the youngest person to be a Regional Sales Director for the South East. Other positions held include Commercial Manager at Bass Leisure and Account Director for Scandinavian Tobacco. Moved to Hutchison Whampoa (or 3 as they became in the UK) as National Account Controller. Simon worked on projects like the 3 month 300 store contract roll out in Superdrug and Savers and also the launch of Pay As You Go.
Joined InComm Europe initially in 2006 at the launch of the UK Gift Card Mall programme and holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Nottingham Business School.
