Gift Merchandise

InComm Europe has a range of 'gift merchandise' products, such as greetings cards, gift boxes and bags that will add value to the category by improving the gift purchasing and giving experience. Our research has shown that customers have a minimum set of expectations regarding how a gift card should be presented to them and how they will present the gift card to the eventual recipient; and that customers expect a richer experience when purchasing higher value gift cards.

Sub-Categorisation and Regionalisation

We have developed ahead of the competition categorisation to ensure the customer journey is enjoyable and easy.  Customers will find categories such as Fashion, Sports, Music and Entertainment to name a few helping us to ensure we have to most compelling product range to meet customer demand.  Where possible we have also launched products relevant to geographies and customers, this will further develop in 2009 and 2010 as range management is further enhanced.

Market Analysis

InComm's ability to monitor every sale and to interpret buying patterns enables us to optimise ranging activity and to target promotional activity to achieve optimum results.  We offer our Gift & Prepaid partners access to our reporting suite so that they enjoy the information that we have too.
