The Gift Card Service

Gift Cards are available in various values for customers to give to their friends and family. Gift Cards carry the brand names of our client partners, usually leading High Street stores. These include names such as Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, habitat and Toni & Guy. Gift Cards expose these brand names to your local customers. They also associate your outlet with a wide range of famous brands.

When you agree to sell our Gift Cards, we provide you with a bespoke, dedicated display unit, supported with point of sale materials. This fully managed unit provides the most sales from the smallest space.

Gift Cards are activated at the point of sale using existing EPOS (Electronic Point Of Sale) terminals that are capable of electronically topping-up mobile phones. Only after a Gift Card has been activated may customers redeem it at the relevant store. This means that your stock of displayed cards have no value.

To keep customers aware of our Gift Cards and to increase sales demand, we and our client partners have continuing active PR campaigns to drive customers into your retail outlet. We also closely watch the sales trends of all Gift Cards and make the results of our sales analysis available to Gift Card retailers.

During their regular visits to your store, our Merchandising Staff increase your card sales by restocking the display unit with Gift Cards matching the current PR campaigns and taking account of national sales trends.

But despite its almost hands-free nature, it's important that you and your staff are aware of sales trends and promotions. So during our visits, we also get to know you and your staff and provide in-store training when convenient and fitting. Our retail helpline provides further support.

The services we provide for our retail partners extend from managing the commercial issues to producing and delivering the Gift Cards.
