Client Account management

We contract direct with the client partners whose Gift Cards promote their brand, negotiating commercial terms and managing all Gift Cards throughout their life cycle.

Retail Management

On behalf of our client partners our central staff manage the retailers by:

  1. Providing them with fully serviced marketing materials
  2. Creating a Promotional Plan taking account of seasonal demands
  3. Watching each client partner's Gift Card sales trends

Retail Merchandising

Our Merchandising Staff make three types of calls for every retailer (alongside tactical calls as needed). These calls cover:

  1. Regular scheduled calls (monthly or twice a month depending on needs)
  2. Seasonal promotion visits (such as Christmas and Mother's Day)
  3. Event driven promotional visits (such as Football World Cup, the Olympics)

During these calls our Merchandising Staff:

  1. Restock Gift Card displays in line with our latest display unit Planogram
  2. Check compliance of the display and other POS against agreed plan
  3. Survey and report the display's condition and location
  4. Maintain the display where needed (simple repairs on-site or 'remove and replace')
  5. Receive any retailer comments
  6. Ensure the retailer is fulfilling promotions correctly and on time
  7. Review the quarterly sales of the range of cards on display
  8. Seek to improve sales at each retailer by new sales proposals

Added Value Packaging

Our recent customer research has shown that customers prefer to present their Gift Cards within a custom-made added-value package. This encourages customer buy and is especially true of customers buying higher value Gift Cards.

To meet this need, we have developed a variety of Gift Card packaging - such as greetings cards, boxes and bags. These are displayed alongside the Gift Cards.
