SMS Redemption
Always using technology to simplify the consumer experience, we have developed patent-pending SMS (text message) redemption technologies that make product redemption simpler than ever before. Customers purchase products at your retail location and redeem them by sending a text message from their mobile handset. By entering the PIN into the handset's text messaging area, consumers can increase the accuracy of the message, resulting in fewer redemption issues. The text message includes all the information that InComm Europe needs to add credit to the customer's prepaid account or redeem other services.
Online Redemption
Web applications are provided to allow the redemption of stored value cards for the purchase of digital and physical products or topping up online credit accounts via the internet.
